OnGuard Beadlets by doTerra For an extra boost of protection when I'm in a crowd or on a plane, I'll ingest a few beadlets or, like I did on a recent flight when half the passengers were coughing and sneezing, I broke open a beadlet and rubbed it at the base of my nostrils!  Ingredients include the protective blend of wild orange peel and clove bud oils, along with black pepper, cinnamon, eucalyptus, oregano, rosemary, and lemon balm.

OnGuard Softgels by doTerra (60 softgels) I start taking these a week before travel and continue for a week after travel. Ingredients same as beadlets listed above.

Immune Complex by Bulletproof (90 count) 1000mg Vitamin C, 450mg Elderberry, 570mg immunity blend. I take these the week before travel and continue for a week after travel.

Vitamin A, D, K(30 count) 5000IU, 900mcg Vitamin A, 2800mcg K1&K2. I take this consistently throughout the winter months.
