Shop Gritology gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective merchandise still in its original packaging purchased within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you really wanted is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please Note: Personalized or custom items are not eligible for a refund or exchange and are considered Final Sale and any return shipping costs will be up to you - we do not reimburse or provide return shipping costs.
Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your product arrives safely but if you received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Missing or Incorrect Item
Well darn, we hate when mistakes happen, but we're only human. If you were sent incorrect or missing items from your order, please contact us immediately so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
